Professional Organizer

How do you make sense of your world?
What feels or is “stuck”?
What do you fantasize changing in your living/working environment?
Are there real or perceived repercussions stopping you from making change happen?

This is not about perfection, it’s about being mindful — real life working for you in a real way in a realistic amount of time.

What to Expect

Initial Phase – we assess and determine what needs changing, estimate how long that will take, make a plan of action.

  • Implementation – the real work! Moving, rearranging, possibly investing in alternate storage and design strategies.
  • Evaluation – success! How is the new space allowing you to achieve your goals and desires?
  • Maintenance – tools and strategies for keeping up your organized environment.

What We Do…

We work on an hourly basis, working around both your schedule and our current commitments to other clients. We will have an initial fifteen-minute phone consultation, which is free, to determine a rate package and when to meet. Enlisting family, friends and co-workers to join in your organizing effort is advised and encouraged, as it may speed up the process for you.

Payments…

Payments are made via PayPal

Your purchase is confirmed with a deposit of $85. The balance is due after the first session, and further commitment/needs of your specific project will be invoiced thereafter.

Cancellations…

We do not charge clients a cancellation fee if we are notified 48 hours in advance.  If a client cannot keep a date booked, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session.

MonicaHimmelOrganizer was started in 2005 by Monica O’Connor, largely as an in-home assistant organizing service to private family projects. As the business grew, Monica brought in several organizers from around Los Angeles to assist with larger commitments and business organizations. We now work with vendors and specialists throughout the country, always with care and concern for privacy and best practices.

Monica herself has been organizing since the age of two, always with an eye for where objects truly want to “live”! She thoroughly enjoys tidying up, and loves to see your space become your most favorite useful spot in your World.
